The admission fees for people who want to stay here for a year are Rs. 5 lakhs which is the yearly deposit and fees range from Rs. 36,000 to 48,000. However, people who want to be lifetime residents here need to pay a lifetime security deposit that ranges from Rs. 5 lakhs to 45 lakhs depending upon the condition of a person and the package chosen by them. Such people do not need to pay monthly fees.

The organization is well known for arranging cultural and spiritual programs for the elderly. It also provides the best medical facilities for the elderly people who reside in its building which includes special care for bedridden patients or those with Parkinson’s disease or any form of disability.
