Came into operation in the year 1997, North Bengal Science Center is the best and only science center, situated in Matigara, Siliguri. The entire building of this science center is surrounded by swings, periscopes, eco-tubes, seasaws, swings and so on, and be assured that kids will love this place. Rabbits and guinea pigs are also seen roaming about, and visitors feeding them on and off.
Various science shows, 3D film shows and similar shows are conducted every day to keep audience entertained all the time. There is a Nature Interpretation Center and Planetarium as well and visiting them is a fun experience in itself. Timing is very flexible and nominal ticket prices are charged per person.
